I designed this piece and the one that appears beside it in Reconstruction I to introduce a different surface plane into the whole puzzle – we see this creamer from three different planes in the final piece.
The Republic of Chad stamp was gifted to me used, from my sister-in-law. With my non-dominant hand I added a exes and os game, which cannot be played with one person. The key to a beloved house I left behind in 2018 connects this piece to Tray, Sugar, Canada. All of these are pieces of conversation, connected by a wandering line.
